In my designs I like to capture a moment. If possible, tell a story.
This specific design features my character Vanity, the "innocent" sister of Stray. In my head I've always seen Vanity as the sweeter more innocent of the two girls. I wanted to see how far I could stretch that idea with this design. This is why we have her in a devilish almost succubus type outfit. It makes her look suggestive but still very reserved about being displayed in such a manner. At the same time I wanted to poke fun at myself with the main theme being, "Eyes wide open, Lips sealed shut" however this may only make sense for the long time fans and friends. This is why we have Vanity covering her lips with her hand. She can see everything but won't say a word.
